Anchor of my soul

Hebrew 6: 19 "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain"

Christ must be only anchor of my soul. My soul, which is affected by what I see, what I think and hence what I do. Be careful of what I see, what I think and what I do so that I will replace the anchor of my soul with other things that will rob me of my appetite for pure spiritual food.
